Javelin doesn't pierce through BKB (while MKB still working) #10064

Description

Javelin and MKB works differently Tested on Windranger

If u enable 100% windrun all is working as intended. if u try windrun+ BKB javelin never proc while MKB seems to works normally.

same results with maelstorm + windrun+bkb -> immune to all right clicks.

i would assume extra dmg wont work, not that u cant HIT target (100% evasion). thx for info about patch

also problem is that javelin and MKB have almost identical in game tooltip. but works differently.
