[QoL] Give items same UI as abilities where it says what is piercing Debuff Immunity/dispellable/etc.

As we know abilities have extra info UI such as this:

Unfortunately, items do not, and this is why it's a bit hard to judge intended behavior for mentioned issues.

• Skadi - does not say anywhere about bkb interaction (other stuff like dispellable and valid targets too)

• There is more of those unclear cases, like all Javelin items - Javelin (not pierce), MKB (pierce), Maelstorm (not pierce). No tooltip for any.

• Some items have the info manually typed like Abyssal, I guess it's a fine solution if items like Skadi and all others get a proper tooltip treatment. But manually typed tooltips get outdated sometimes...

The behavior of all items is correct and aligns with historic patch notes but without diving into those it's just not clear what is intended.

A bit ambitious suggestion to just ask for a whole new UI, but yeah, it would be nice to have a centralized place where all these checkboxes are shown for each item active/passive.

Bonus suggestion:

This still can be relatively compact design if instead of full sentences "Dispellable: Cannot be dispelled" it would be small clear icons like wiki-fandom does.

No, actually,

passive items still do not have the tooltip.

For example - Skadi still doesn't mention BKB interaction.

MKB still doesn't mention that evasion proc happens through BKB (unlike javelin) but the damage proc doesn't pierce it.
