Description

I don't understand is it bug or no but it's really annoying that willow can't even killed even get taunted.

Not a bug. It's just how queuing spells work.

You can put any 0.0 spell/item between those. The most evident example is bkb.

Just to add to this to clear up any more confusion, the spell has a 0.3 seconds delay from being casted until the effect takes place and that is the reason why it looks strange. You can close this issue as it works as intended.
