Life Drain on Pugna does not have new mana drain numbers #10097

Pugna - Life Drain

Description

According to patch 7.33e Pugna has new values of mana drain on full hp

Mana restoration on full health decreased from 120/210/300 per second to 60/105/150 per second

It doesn't mention in the skill itself.

I suggest having the mana restore rate on full health: 50% or 0.5, instead of having fixed numbers, just like the same within the abilities file.
