Tutorial - Teamfight Initiation teammates not spawning

Description

During the first phase of the fight, sometimes no opponents nor teammates spawn, leaving that tutorial phase as uncompletable.

During the second phase of the tutorial, sometimes the Dragon Knight or the Lion does not spawn, leaving the tutorial as uncompletable.

Ran into the same issue. First time they showed up, and I killed them together with QoP. But then my ravish refreshed and I kind of randomly cast it again. Turns out I needed it for the next phase. So rather than waiting for the cooldown timer, I exited the tutorial to start it again. This second time, only QoP and WK spawned. Sniper never showed up. Killing WK didn't trigger the next phase. So I left again and fired up the tutorial again. This third time, nobody spawned :-( (and consecutive retries firing up the scenario made no difference).

At first try all worked as expected, but died on initiation with blink. Didn't restarted, however all enemies died eventually. On retry problems started and could never get the initial experience, where everything worked.

Turn your Internet off and try it in offline mode. I tested it and it worked, but the bug still remains and should be fixed.
