Main Menu causes extensive gpu usage #10372

Description

I am running an Nvidia 3070ti FE and every time I open the game or finish a match, my gpu fans run at ungodly speeds I've never seen before. While searching for matches I have to demo heroes for it to calm down. Running at 1440p 144hz, gpu usage is never above 50% when playing matches.
