Ogre Magi can't get ultimates #10505

Description

If you try to pump ult through ctrl, then for some reason it says that the ability is already at max level, although it is not even pumped. As I understand it, for some reason dota does not see R as Multicast, but as Dumb Luck.

I believe you meant using "CTRL" to quick level it but yes it seems to recognize Dumb Luck as the ultimate and shows it as max level when trying to CTRL+R to add a level to Multicast.

This was working in 7.33. 7.34 regression

Valve is a joke, almost a year, not fixed.

Works again in 7.35
