Hackers griefing as leavers, cause disconnect for all players to avoid penalty - MatchID 7281149232 #10624

Description

MatchID 7281149232 When Kunkka left, at the 5 min mark from disconnection all the players were disconnected from the match so that he didn't have to get an abandon. "This game will not be scored. It is now safe to leave." Happens all the time in Turbo matches when there's one leaver, when it comes time for them to be disconnected and get a penalty on their account, somehow magically nobody can remain connected.
