Australian Servers are constantly crashing #10706

Description

Post from Reddit and updated today due to crashes https://www.reddit.com/r/DotA2/comments/15kkf30/weekly_fix_australian_servers_post/?sort=new

3 games today crashed out due to poor connection issues identified. 4 or 5 people are kicked then the game is safe to leave 1 minute later

had this happen many times recently, aus player on both aus and sea servers

This issue is happening more and more on AU servers, with each subsequent patch over the last 3-6 months the rate of connection failures, lag, and not being able to reconnect after a dropout goes up exponentially

This is becoming more and more common. At least once or twice a night now.
