Description

Tested over multiple games. Noted that currently it isn't dispelling things like Mirana Arrow or root debuffs.

Basic Dispel doesn't work. Only works in Demo.

It is a Basic Dispel, therefore it cannot dispel stuns and it does dispel roots. Working as intended, you should close this issue.
