Rubick grandmaster voiceline doesn't use arcana voice #1087

Description

When using the Rubick grandmaster voiceline ("Yoink!") with the arcana voice (Voice of the Magus Cypher), the line of the default voice is used. The rest of the lines in the chatwheel use the arcana voice. According to the Fandom wiki, there is a separate line for the arcana, it's just not used.
