Dota Plus Membership #10948

Description

I can't access the hero tab in lobby, it says that "only the Dota plus member can access" along those line. And when I try to start a game or there is literally no hero selection, I can't pick any hero- again, it says that "This grid arrangement is only available to Dota Plus Member". TIA!

Press that button and choose Attributes.
