Hero Announcer lines not working in ranked #10954

Description

Some announcer packs have hero specific lines when you pick a hero e.g. https://dota2.fandom.com/wiki/Darkest_Dungeon_Announcer_Pack_(ft._Wayne_June)#Picking_specific_heroes -

In normal matchmaking it works but not in ranked. Since I only play ranked, I never get to hear these lines. Not sure why ranked is gated from this, seems like an oversight. Please fix!

I have tried even with bots. Its the same default announcer pack
