dota is crashing and closing when the game is opening

When I'm opening dota, it crashes after opening and then closes, it started happening after the update

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

I think the developers used avx instructions in the code, my Intel Q6600 not support avx, phenom II X4 965 not support avx. https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Dota2-Gameplay/issues/11041
