Shop hotkeys are broken in many ways

Description

• The labels are misplaced, in both the horizontal and vertical shop layouts.
• The hotkeys for the categories (q–r, a–h, c) aren't labelled in the UI.
• The 15th and further items in each category cannot be bought with default hotkeys, because the hotkeys only go up to ], which corresponds to 14. You can use console commands to bind to shop_select_itemrow 15 though. For example, you can't buy Mithril Hammer without console binds, because it is the 15th item in the Equipment category.
• There is no UI where to bind different shop hotkeys. You must use console commands.
• Binding different hotkeys for the shop does not change the displayed labels.
• Pressing the hotkey c for the Secret Shop category while in the Upgrades tab switches focus to the Secret Shop category, but does not actually switch to the Basics tab to show the Secret Shop category. So you can buy items, but can't see what you're buying.
• Pressing the hotkey z opens an invisible shop category that doesn't seem to match any shop I recognise.
• Pressing the hotkey x opens an invisible shop category matching the side shop, which isn't in the game anymore. (It doesn't let you actually use the shop where the side shops used to be, though.)
• You can't claim Neutral items using hotkeys. (See also: #30, #318).

I think reviving this feature would be great for accessibility (no need to mouse over small buttons). Experienced players can also use this to operate the shop more quickly.

There is no UI where to bind different shop hotkeys. You must use console commands.

my today finding is that you can use C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\YOUR_DOTA_FRIEND_ID\570\remote\cfg\dotakeys_personal.lst file to edit these keys.

Unfortunately adding "ShopSlot15" lines didn't help to solve 3rd problem (15+ items/category)

Also my weird today's finding is that

• H9 doesn't work.
  • H8 correctly buys Mage Slayer
  • while H9 doesn't do anything
  • H0 buys the next item which is Heaven Hallbed (which is supposed to be that H9).

Is there any update on this? Can we at least get access to item slots 16 through 20, either through editing dotakeys_personal.lst or through the UI?

Also, is it possible to add access to the guide items as well?

I was poking around various Dota settings today and was really sad to see shop hotkeys in this state. I really miss being able to buy most common items with hotkeys in HoN
