bug in dota 2 double kill (counted 2 deaths in a row)

Description

the enemy hero was credited with killing me 2 at once instead of 1, in 3 seconds of the game, and he made a triple murder, although in fact he killed two, 2 deaths were counted in tab at once for me and two for the enemy hero, because of this the game was lost!
