Error loading Dota 2 after Summer 2023 patch #11284

Description

I have two screens, and I had no issues until this new patch. When Dota 2 loads, it bounces between my two screens. I tried reinstalling, but it didn't help. I disabled one screen, and the issue was resolved, so I don't know what it could be. I've seen a few reports similar to this on Dota posts, but none of them provide a solution. Linux Dist: Ubuntu 22.04

ive tried reinstalling too

the last update fixed this issue
