[Controller] Unable to cast Dark Seer Ultimate #11542

Wall of Replica

Description

Attempting to cast Wall of Replica will just place the green targeting reference for the wall, but the wall itself doesn't come out.

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

Tested in hero demo mode

Came back to test this one and it appears to be working now. Closing the issue.
