Specatator Mode - Player View Does Not Update #11595

Description

When spectating a live match, users are unable to watch the game from a player's perspective.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Spectate a live match
  2. Select Player View as the camera control
  3. Select a player whose perspective you'd like to see
