Dota2 frozen in some conditions after recent update (since 7.34 and new UI) #11642

Description

Problem started after the new update (since 7.34 or new UI update). When entering the Dota2 main UI, the center animation will cause the Dota2 to crash and freeze. (see the screenshots 1, the antimage animation)Only game sounds continue. When I use +map_enable_background_maps 0 command to prevent the animation, it works. The Heros interface can also enter, meanwhile, the hero showcase (which can rotate with the user's mouse wheel) is not showing because of the command. However, when I try to start a robot game and pick hero, the frozen bug reappears. (screenshots 4). My computer is i7-11370H with iris 96eu Graphics, I guess there are some compatibility issues in the new UI or game version, because such bug never happens before. So, I seek for technical support.

Same here, I got Freezed and Crashed many times in just 1 match. This has been the first time I experienced such an awful thing. Pls fix it Just use my last match as an example for this issue Match ID: 7324131277 Hero: Axe

Win+Ctrl+Shift+B, have a try. never met this annoying bug before, but it happens too frenquently after big rendering change.

Today my Dota2 crash right from intro video or loading cache treasure animation. It cause Steam client and Task Manager crash also. I've receive many bug notice like pak01 corrupted, cannot locate file, rendertails failed, steamwebhelper not responding ... Maybe this update make Dota2 can be no longer play on low-hardware pc anymore.
