11 months ago Just had this same bug in a game with my friend. Jinada damage occurs, skill does not go on cooldown, gold steal does not happen. Allows for 2 jinada hits in a row.
He is unable to reproduce it consistently after trying for 5 mins in demo mode, but suspects that it has to do with leveling up jinada. This is consistent with what the OP of this post says. In the below match, the bug happens on the 2nd jinada hit he uses at level 3.

I open on Hoodwink shortly after leveling up by a Wisdom Rune, skilling level 3 Jinada, and opening on her out of stealth. The damage seems to go off, but the ability doesn't trigger nor does the gold steal or sound effect for the ability.
