Stuck in confirming match #11681

Description

When I start to queue the game goes into confirming match and never actually enters one, it keeps resetting the queue timer, if I cancel I get penalised.

SA server

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

No response

The same thing is happening to me, after I purchased Dota Plus

Same. It stays on confirming match for like 3 minutes, then it resets. Been for hours like this now. I have Dota+ for long if it does have any issue with it. image

Me to... I've been waiting for confirmation for more than 30 minutes.

Same here. Twice and now penalized for 12 mins. No dota plus suscription.

Same here. Just waited for 40 min to no avail. It gets stuck to "confirming match" for about 5-10 min, then resets the counter and does it again. Can´t play a single match.

I can't stop thinking this might be intended. Any of you guys have gotten your Behavior Score low/lowered recently? Maybe they are blocking low score players from actually queuing.

I have +10k behavior score and I'm seeing this. I figured the issue could be client based because I get a "%s1" issue. I think the 7.34c update pushed some bad code up. Seems like a coordinator issue.

Thanks for the feedback. I just wanted to throw that out there so maybe we could get some light shed on it. I mean, this new report system has been a wild ride, to say the least, since launch, I thought maybe it had something to do with it. But I've just seen someone 10k+ BS reporting on reddit "stuck in confirming match", so maybe there's no connection.

I think it's semi-random. If SA and US WEST have issues that tells me a server configuration update didn't get published correctly. This is why you never do a production update on Friday evenings!

I have the same issue now I am locked out for 15 mins because it happened twice in a row.

It seems to do this 1 to 2 days a week lately. USW more so than USE, but it's really annoying. After about 20 min I give

Seeing this issue on both USE and USW now. Tried queuing 3 times so far. Was seeing this only on USW yesterday.

Its been happening all day for me. In fact, I'm currently stuck on this "Confirming Match" screen.

Yesterday was OK for me, but today it started happening again. I'm also currently stuck in confirming match.

As of today, issue still persists, since at least Sep 7th. Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Peru servers.

EDIT: I just managed to find a Turbo match on Argentina, but it got stuck on "confirming" for 90 seconds. Brazil still broken. Will try Chile and Peru next.
