Description

Before 7.34, Chronosphere stopped cooldowns on allied abilities and items, but since 7.34 it only stops cooldowns on enemy abilities and items.

This is gameplay in 7.33e. You will notice that the cooldown of Omniknight abilities has stopped.

Either fix the tooltip or change the behavior of the Chronosphere to match the tooltip, as there should be no change to the Chronosphere in 7.34.
