When Tempest Double clone not use midas and it reach 2 charge - after midas used once, the 2nd charge disappears. On main hero there is no problem with that.

replay 7330761107 on 33-26 i summon clone with 1 full charge + a bit for second charge and not use it on 34-54 clone get second charge BUT after next summon on 35-01 - it have again only 1 charge.

we see it as 1 charge on replay, but in game we see 2 charges but after use - we anyway get 0.
