Radiant Templare assassin was getting focus by dire team, I played undying and pressed tombstone on TA to save her, she was just stuck where the tomb is, we could see her (she was not IN tombstone).
I think she might even be targetable... I tested with our without bkb in demo mode, the bug doesn't seem to occur.
It seems to occur only in game.
