7 months ago I can confirm that I'm having this problem as well, but on Debian 12 XFCE.
Description
Video settings keeps resetting to "Use my monitor's current resolution" after alt-tab to another window. I had borderless fullscreen window selected.
Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)
