I'm saying that when a player is found guilty, for example, as often happens in my case, I don't understand what exactly my violation is and I want to see the complaint for which I was banned! You recently updated the system of player behavior and made it so that now you can see which players were punished. You can also make it so that the player sees the moment from the game where he committed a violation and can watch it, as do the players who consider cases from the patrol service. It may not be obvious to the player why he was banned and the next time he can do the same violation, which in his opinion is not something punishable at all! And then he can watch a moment from the game with complaints, where he violated something and take it into account. And it would be absolutely wonderful if me can appeal the decision of the patrol service. Because there are the same players as me sitting in it. They make a verdict based on their subjective opinion, which is not always correct! But it turns out that the guilty player has no way to prove the opposite and the decision of the patrol service is the law. Although in fact the player may be is really not guilty and someone just got up from the wrong foot today! This is a painful topic for me and such improvements would benefit the game! I think many players are misled by the decision of the patrol service. In the game, I try to win and put all my strength into it. And after some game I get a notification that I'm banned. As a result, I don't even understand what I did wrong and the next time I get the same effect... I think it's unfair, because in this case can't even learn from my mistakes!((
