Monkey King Aghs Doesnt work. #12101

Description

When you purchase an aghanims there are supposed to be clones that spawn every 4 seconds. There are none spawning. Ive lost mmr because of this I thought it was just my computer being slow or something. Considering how crucial aghs is for monkey in most games this is a huge gamebreaking bug.
