Pulverize gets canceled by allied Fear abilities (and dismember) #1268

Description

This bug is identical to the flamming lasso bug here: https://github.com/jeffhill/Dota2/issues/1267

If a fear debuff gets placed on a target which is already getting pulverized by Primal Beast the Pulverize gets canceled.

Fears which do this are:

  1. Terrorize
  2. Spirit Siphon
  3. Savage Roar
  4. Requiem of Souls (and necromastery shard)
  5. Terror Wave
  6. Sinister Gaze
  7. Aether Remnant

Dismember also cancels Pulverize (but only if it actually pulls the target).

based on a comment on lasso I assume RP from Magnus also cancels pulverize.

I can confirm RP cancels pulverise.

Is this interaction a bug, and if so, what is the expected behaviour? Say a hero is being pulverised and is pulled with sinister gaze. In the current state, pulverise is cancelled. However, if gaze isn't cancelled (as you are proposing), does: a) primal beast slam air, since the hero he is smashing has moved, or b) primal beast get pulled along with the hero being gazed? I personally don't think either of these interactions make sense.

Gaze should continue without pulling the lassoed or pulverized target, those 2 abilities take priority over any other kind of movement changing abilities.

1267 tagging Flaming Lasso as well.

I guess this is intended as well, given the Lasso cancellation due to fear is also intended mechanic, as confirmed by @bwvalve on the other issue.
