still can use ETHEREAL JAUNT while sprouted.

The behavior is as intended for me.

You can't jaunt while sprout-root, it tells you "You can't use this spell while rooted." However, you can Phase Shift while rooted. As soon as you Phase, you lose the Sprout effect, so you lose the additional root effect, and can Jaunt. If you test with another root (atos/treant), the root is not removed with Phase (puck comes back with the root) and you cannot Jaunt during the Phase shift.
