9 months ago Valve is not interested. The game is full of scripters and cheaters and smurfs. I don't know why Valve doesn't do anything about it. They probably generate too much money with them.
It would also be cool if you could get your MMR refunded if you played against a cheater. And party members get MMR deducted if they were in a party with a cheater.
Probably all far too much effort for a company worth billions.
