Parting shot stuns Kunkka but Pierce the Veil deals almost zero damage. #12904

Description

Muerta blinked in, stunned Kunkka with Parting Shot, activated Pierce the Veil and BKB, hit Kunkka nonstop with many 2k crits for the stun duration but dealt almost zero damage. As soon as Parting Shot wore off, Kunkka took damage as normal. Kunkka had Frost Shield buff and no other buff or item that could reduce magic damage.

Frost Shield actually reduces attack damage including muerta ulti. With Lich's talent and parting shot, there's a 100% attack damage reduction so it is fair to deal no damage. It's not a bug.
