Good morning Steam Support, I'd appreciate some help here please because my friend paid for compendium gifts for me and I did not receive the appropriate amount of levels or boosters from unwrapping the gifts.
I unwrapped 3 gifts of regular compendiums from my friend, and one Upgraded Compendium Gift, but I am only level 53, it seems like it did not activate the levels and the boosters from the regular compendium, and only from the upgraded compendium.
Attached are proofs of unwrapping the gifts on the userfeed, but you can probably check that on your end, and shown is the points log, the compendiums were unwrapped, but as you can see, we were only credited levels for the Upgraded compendium and not the regular compendium.
Please advise on how to fix this, or refund the missing levels, this is not acceptable.
