There are items that cannot be sold even now, even if in the game they appear that they can be sold after the 2023 Internationals. For example, Dragon Knight's Draconic Divide. There are a lot of items that even now in the game at the Armory still appear that they can be sold after internationals, but in the market it says that they cannot be sold.
