Tb's skill reflection cannot correctly inherit the attack. #13253

Description

In an accidental test, it was found that no matter what the enemy built is, the reflection can only cause about 80 points of fixed damage per attack.

The problem is that the Reflection only consider the "Base Damage" before applying the %. Any +Dmg is not taken into account, making the spell weaker. Illustration: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FSIkZ5euEAw
