Description
Infinite ghost reports causing a 6 month ban that failed to bear any results. Duplicated issue on another player's account. Other player abandoned dota 2 as a result. Duplicated problem a 3rd time, causing an 8,000 point drop in players behavioral score. Player has unfriended and blocked us as a result. Error found nearly 6 months ago, still has not been brought to development teams attention.
Failed development team foresight. Failed management decision to enable behavioral score. Failed management decision to enable biased/failed player-based moderation of community. Failed management decision to disable unbiased autonomous report function for chat reports. Failed third party report legitimacy evaluation.
Conclusion: . . . Hell's got no vacancy for stupidity, but don't yest it. Y'all done screwed up. Please try to fix it before the game dies.
