10th anniversary shader effect 2023 unavailable after claimed #13766

Description

I've claim my "10th anniversary shader effect 2023" and i've played about 3-4 match with those skin. But, after like 4 weeks later I checked my skin collection and it's not available anymore. Then I checked the 10th anniversary treasure chest and in that treasure written that map effect skin has claimed.
