SB charge vision gets bugged #13798

Charge of darkness

Description

I got charged before SB died and the charge vision stayed on me until my next death? or next charge? Not sure because I got charged after and died and vision went away.

This bug is a result of this fix https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Dota2-Gameplay/issues/9589#issuecomment-1589874536. it is a rare edge case.
