Multishot is physical damage so please check before you speak, thank you :)
it's physical spell damage
Aluerie is correct here.
I think the issue lies with ability tooltips not including information regarding the ability's mechanic. For instance, if an ability is utilizing spell damage or attack damage. Whether including them is too much clutter for the ability card is another topic of its own.
Multishot Deals physical spell damage based on a percentage of Drow's attack damage, it can be affected by spell amp and works with spell lifesteal sources. Therefore, it does not utilize instant attack.
Instant attack sources (e.g. Bulwark) on the other hand, are neither affected by spell amp and spell lifesteal sources and are considered as attacks.
Resonant Pulse Barrier This barrier specifically absorbs physical attack damage (normal attacks, instant attacks) and does not absorb physical spell damage of any kind.
Ability name
Resonant pulse/multishot
Description
Void spirit has incorrect interruption with Drow Rangers multishot. With multishot, drow ranger can damage void spirit through resonant pulse shield. The description of resonant pulse says “Void Spirit wraps himself in a physical attack damage barrier” Then, why Multishot still can damage Void through the shield, while, for example, Ember Spirit cant damage Void through the shield with Sleight of Fist?
p.s. sry for bad eng, im not a native
