SMURF report system is lacking....

Description

What i mean by my title is this:

Every time you report someone for Griefing or Toxic communication if ANY action has been taken the system will give you some feedback.

Examples:

But when you report someone for SMURFING, like let's say a 10 games new account that insta picks Arc Warden or tinker mid, that his page is full of rampages and out of 10 games 9 of them he was MVP, you get no feedback from the system if any action was taken against that account.

If you make a report towards steam support regarding this they suggest you report them in-game and when you bring up the fact that you get NO feedback on your report on this matter they just close the ticket and send you here. (I have about 10 support tickets in which i linked the accounts suspected for smurfing, nothing happened)

When you press a button and you get no feedback from pressing that button either that button does not work or the button is not connected to anything and pressing it does nothing and is the same with the SMURF reporting system in dota 2, you can report or not is the same, nothing happens.

Can you please implement a FEEDBACK system same as in the griefing / toxic chat cases so that we can see if ANY action was taken against the Smurf accounts we report? Is the SMURF reporting system working? Does it do anything?

Because at the moment i am inclined to say NO, it does not do anything is just there for you to Vent at the end of the game while in reality doing nothing and this in enforced by the fact that nobody in support seems to give 2 flying fucks about smurfs being reported they just pass the issue down the line.

I would love to see some response from dota 2 dev team on this matter but i guess they give no fucks about this either.
