Received Toxic Lump of Coal but no smurf accounts. #14209

I received the Toxic Lump of Coal but i do not have any smurf accounts. Me and my nephew are the only ones using the PC to play dota, and yes we don't share the same account, he have his own account. should I let this issue or don't let my nephew to play on my PC?
