Ability range indicator cant be turned off/on after patch. #14247

Description

The advance option in the settings menu "Show Ability Rangefinder While Casting" does nothing when when turned off.

The thick range indicator on pudge hook and invoker torado is very distracting. Is there another way to turn this off? or revert to the old thin line spell range indicator?

That and I feel like the hook search area got nerfed? It felt off for some reason.
