Other Dota 2 accounts in same pc can change chat wheels for everyone #14314

Description

Hi, so we share a PC. I noticed my chat wheel kept messing up. When someone changes their chat wheel, it also changes the chat wheel for everyone in that PC. Is it not saved to cloud, only locally? Please fix.

Okay, so I play on different PCs. Same account on each, and their chat wheels are not the same. What the?

chat wheel is not saved to steam cloud sync, I am logged in to two different PCs, same steam account - they have different chat wheels
