Newly calibrated accounts may get 8000 mmr and it is absurd #1438

Description

So players can calibrate a lot of mmr just by getting other high mmr accounts played previously on their PC, and these high-mmr accounts are not necessarily their personal accounts, they can just borrow someone's else account, then play 100 hours and get 6k+ mmr and even 8k mmr, as I personally know people who have 200 games and 8k mmr and sell these accounts on funpay.com. This bug also comes from the fact that you can press the active recalibration button during these 100 hours of playing. However all of these accounts are put into the so-called "smurf pool", which forcefully makes you play with people who are alike you, specifically people who have they trophy level less than 40 level or less than 1k matches. It can be fixed by forcing them play another 800 unranked matches, 10-15/day, and in 3 months they can get 8k mmr accounts which can queue with 0.01% top players on any region. Why is it a bug?

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

Some of the accounts tho do indeed get banned, but from the statistics about 10% of the 1k ranks on europe are 40-42 trophy level accounts, and it is clearly seen that they are either smurfs (which is also bannable offense) or 2k mmr players who borrow accounts and calibrate high mmr. Also I did not explain how to calibrate high mmr, all you need is to have 50-55% + winrate in unranked, which can be easily done with bots at night. (that's how many players actually do it)
