Frostivus Chest items got missing after Lag then got recycled!

Description

I'm opening a Frostivus chest then game got very laggy . Restarted Dota2 . My other items suddenly gone missing in inventory. And when I checked inventory history, it got recycled and become CM bundle Guardian Snow Angel?!! I'm really disappointed why this happened. I'm excited to play with friend with new skins , not anymore now.

I don't recall trading this items nor have reason to trade up the items as I already got WK King kringle arcana bundle which is the only rare i needed. I don't really play CM ingame, I even have the persona Conduit of the Blueheart still bundled. That's why I'm looking how to get this items back...

Already messaged Steam support for help but sadly they replied that they can't give back items 😭

Actually I already got what I wanted bro [ got WK rare as seen on my inventory screenshot which is the rarest item that the treasure can drop] 😑 That's why I'm asking for help from game devs if it's possible to revert back cause Steam support wont help me . And as I mentioned earlier, I don't w lant to recycle this items 😞
