Dota 2 League ticket banner issue. #14727

Description

Hi. So when creating a ticket for Dota 2 League at dota2.com you are unable to add 512x200 banner. Site just fails to uload it. Everything works for 512x512 and 600x400 one, but not the 512x200. We have tried different ways and images and everything and it just doesn`t work.

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

In the Russian localization there is a typo in the description and an error - in fact, you need to upload a banner with a size of 1024x400 :)
