not balanced deward/ new frostivus cosmetics ward #14794

Description

problem is and was even before when ward is posted in loower grounds near ice shards you could deward it with mele hero only if you target ward you coudlnt deward it by auto atack on ground that is not FER!! and now that problem comes also wtih new cosmetics frostivus ward you cant TARGET and you cant auto atack left click on ground!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

again tnx for not fixing this and i wont play anymore dota until this is fixed
