Hi, Jeff and the team, thank you for the bug report forum, there is a cosmetic bug exist for almost 8 years now, which is TI4 player autograph cards without correct name format don't show the signatures, the cards that redeemed at the early time have different name format(Player ID + Player Name) compare to cards that redeemed at later time(Player First name(Last name) + Player ID + Player Last name(First name)), during TI4, I spent many time to collect those player cards and I was devastating when I found out my redeemed cards don't have player's signatures on them back in 2014, all of them are bugged because name format is incorrect, I am waiting for this bug to get fix for almost 8 years now(reported it to Dev forum, reddit multiple times but never get fixed), it will be great if this can finally be fixed, thank you!
