Arcana (Style 2) cannot be unlocked #14901

Description

Yesterday I played a Dota2 ladder match numbered 7529283209. My Arcana(Style 2) should be unlocked at the end. However, because the game got stuck at the end, the unlocking was not successful and a bug appeared. After playing a few more games, the game showed that the accessories were unlocked, but the skill icons, skill effects and equipment styles were not unlocked. It is also shown as unlocked in the home page's inventory. Ordinary holes in gemstones of treasure jewelry cannot be opened.

In these three games it can be seen that only the models are unlocked. Skill icons, skill effects and equipment icons are not unlocked. Other existing issues are the same as #13016 . The match IDs are 7529558307, 7529495181 and 7529426677 respectively.

I played two more games today. My Void Arcana is no longer equipped. The main page shows that it is equipped. Not in the game.The match IDs are 7530785158 and 7531015118 respectively. 20240110233047_1 20240110233243_1

Until January 11th. I can no longer use my Void Arcana Head at all. Please help me solve this problem.
