Quick Level Up Spell Doesn't Work! #14930

Ability name

All Heroes on W, Ogre on R.

Description

Ogre Ult hasn't been able to quick skill for over 7 months, and today's update seems to have broken W on ALL heroes.. I was wondering why I can't cast my spell for 2-3 times until I looked down and saw that I cant skill W, and the hero escaped because of this. Please fix W on all heroes and that damn R on Ogre, thanks.

Ogre been broken for over 6 months, now this will be broken for another 6 until fixed, what the hell is valve doing?
